Staved Vessel for Aunt Rory

Another staved vessel, this time one for my aunt Rory for Christmas.  The staved part was actually left over from my staved vessel class–the instructor had an extra one that wasn’t quite level.  That made it difficult to true up on the lathe, but I managed.  Staves and bottom are maple.  I think the splines are walnut.  The top is cedar (western red cedar, I think).  I used my usual acrylic finish.
